COR Surf travel products

Our COR Surf Compression Packing Cube Set and Compact Toiletry Travel Bag are eligible for return requests within 30 days of delivery, subject to the applicable supplier return policy.

For authorized COR Surf returns:

• No return-label fee
• No restocking fee
• Return label created by the supplier within 2 days of an approved request

Email info@novacoreholdings.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the product you wish to return. Please wait for return instructions before shipping anything back.

Other products

Return eligibility varies by product and supplier. Unless otherwise stated in a product-specific policy, change-of-mind returns are not accepted for other products, except where required by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos where possible. We will arrange an appropriate remedy for confirmed product or fulfillment errors at no additional cost, as required by applicable law.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the applicable return has been processed. Supplier-managed returns are refunded after the supplier issues the corresponding refund, subject to your legal rights. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
